Alexis Zubrow

Alexis Zubrow recently joined the US Department of Energy as Program Manager of the Energy Efficient Mobility Systems (EEMS) in the Vehicle Technology Office.  He leads a program that conducts research, development, and demonstration at the mobility system level to increase the efficiency and convenience of the transportation system while decreasing the greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions.

Prior to joining EEMS, Alexis spent 8 years at the US Department of Transportation at the Volpe Center. He worked across several transportation modes as well as for the Office of the Secretary research and policy on emerging transportation technologies, environmental impacts, and AI and data.  Prior to joining DOT, Alexis spent 5 years at the US Environmental Protection Agency where he worked as an emissions modeler in the Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards supporting national rules to improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gases.
