Anh Bui Anh Bui is an Associate Researcher and co-cluster coordinator for the Equity cluster, which aims to develop our community engagement practices and expand our programmatic equity work. Since joining the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) in 2020, Anh has focused on the U.S. market, especially on federal and state vehicle regulations, electric vehicle adoption, and infrastructure planning for cities.
Anh has a B.S. from Elizabethtown College in Biology and Anthropology and an M.S. from Cal Poly Humboldt in Environmental Systems: Energy, Technology, and Policy.
