Giordano Sordoni Giordano Sordoni is Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Xos, a leading fleet services provider and manufacturer of Class 5 through Class 8 battery-electric vehicles. He is responsible for executing the company’s vision, ensuring engineering and operational functions run and scale smoothly. With national fleet customers like FedEx Ground Operators, Amazon, Loomis, and UPS, Giordano and the team continue to lead the charge to provide fleets with reliable and durable electric vehicles and fleet services that benefit businesses’ bottom lines without sacrificing sustainability.
A graduate of George Washington University, Giordano has a longstanding passion for entrepreneurship and the triple bottom line, a focus on businesses that strive to optimize for three parts: social good, environmental impact, and financial profitability. Prior to founding Xos, Giordano worked internationally in non-profits and in venture capital, eventually founding his own consultancy to advise early-stage businesses. There, Giordano met his now co-founder Dakota Semler who was, at the time, scaling his fleet business.
He was named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 in Manufacturing & Industry in 2019.
